Terms of Service

WizeScale connects, read-only, to a Meta Ads account and continuously evaluates it against a deterministic set of rules to produce a health Score, signals (named, rule-traced problems), and recommendations (actionable next steps). WizeScale is a diagnostics tool: it never modifies your Meta account, and it never places, edits, or pauses ads on your behalf.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@wizescale.com if you suspect unauthorized use.

To use WizeScale's diagnostics, you'll connect a Meta Ads account through Meta's own OAuth consent flow. You're responsible for having the appropriate permissions on that Meta Business account to grant this access. Access is read-only and revocable at any time, either in WizeScale or directly in your Meta Business settings.

Certain features require a paid subscription, billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, as selected at signup) and processed by our payment provider, Polar.

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we don't provide partial-period refunds except where required by law.

We may change subscription pricing with advance notice; changes apply from your next billing cycle onward.

You agree not to: use WizeScale for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or another user's account; reverse-engineer or attempt to extract our rules engine's underlying logic beyond what's shown in the product; interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of WizeScale; or resell or white-label WizeScale's diagnostics without our written consent.

WizeScale, including its software, rules engine, design, and branding, is owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use WizeScale for your own business purposes. Nothing here transfers ownership of our intellectual property to you.

You retain all rights to your own Meta Ads data. We use it solely to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

WizeScale is a diagnostics tool, not financial, advertising, or legal advice. Signals and recommendations are generated by a deterministic rules engine against the data available to it. They're a starting point for your own judgment, not a guarantee of improved ad performance or business outcomes.

WizeScale is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that data pulled from Meta's API will always be complete or current. Meta's own API availability and rate limits are outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WizeScale and its team won't be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You may stop using WizeScale and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, or with 30 days' notice for any other reason. On termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email or through the dashboard before the changes take effect. Continuing to use WizeScale after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which WizeScale is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of WizeScale will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
